Summer Book Giveaways

Throughout the summer, Kids Book Hub will continue hosting Summer Book Giveaways featuring physical copies of children’s books from participating authors. These giveaways help keep families engaged in reading long after the free eBook event ends.

While submissions for the Memorial Day Weekend eBook event are now closed, authors are still welcome to participate in the Summer Reading Kids Fest through the Summer Book Giveaways.

How It Works

• Giveaways will take place periodically throughout the summer

• Winners may receive one or more books depending on availability, age range, interests, and shipping logistics

• Books will be thoughtfully matched to families based on age, interests, and geographical region whenever possible

• Winners will be selected and contacted by Kids Book Hub

• If your book is selected for a giveaway, you will receive the winner’s shipping information directly from Kids Book Hub

• Authors are responsible for shipping their donated book(s)

• We will consider author and winner locations to help reduce unnecessary long-distance or international shipping costs

Who Can Participate?

The Summer Book Giveaways are open to children’s book authors with physical copies available to share.

As with the Memorial Day Weekend eBook event, Kids Book Hub remains a curated, family-focused experience. Submitted books should be age-appropriate, professionally presented, and aligned with the overall quality and values of the event, including clear formatting, quality illustrations, and content suitable for children and families.

This opportunity may be a great fit for authors who:

• Participated in the Memorial Day Weekend eBook event

• Missed the eBook submission deadline

• Publish wide and do not offer Kindle-exclusive promotions

• Prefer to promote physical books rather than digital editions

• Simply want another way to connect with families this summer

What to Expect

Participation in the Summer Book Giveaways is completely optional and separate from the Memorial Day Weekend eBook event.

There is no guaranteed timeline or number of books included in each giveaway. Giveaways will be organized throughout the summer based on participating authors, available books, reader interest, and shipping considerations.

If your book is selected for a giveaway, we’ll contact you before it is featured.
