Submit an Activity Page
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Kids Book Hub Activity Library!
The Activity Library is a growing collection of printable activities created by children's authors for families, teachers, librarians, homeschool communities, and other caregivers. Our goal is to help children discover great books while providing fun and educational activities that support learning and reading.

To provide the best experience for families and educators, please keep the following recommendations in mind:

PDF format only
8.5" x 11" page size
Black & White whenever possible
Clear, easy-to-read text and graphics
Family-friendly content
Activities suitable for printing at home
Great Activity Ideas
Coloring pages, word searches, mazes, scavenger hunts, reading comprehension activities, STEM activities, handwriting practice, matching games, crafts, and educational worksheets.
Have Multiple Activity Page?
Many authors create activity packs that include several pages. Here's how we recommend submitting them:
Multiple Pages for the Same Book
If all of the activity pages relate to the same book, please combine them into a single PDF and submit them as one Activity Library entry.
Examples:
✅ Coloring Page + Word Search + Maze for the same book
✅ Activity Pack with 5 pages based on one book
✅ Teacher Resource Pack tied to a single title
For the preview image, we recommend creating a simple PNG that shows the pages fanned out so families can easily see that the download contains multiple activities.
This keeps related resources together and creates a better experience for families downloading your activities.
Activities for Different Books
If your activities are based on different books, please create a separate Activity Library entry for each book.
Examples:
✅ One activity for Book A
✅ One activity for Book B
✅ One activity for Book C
This helps families find activities related to specific books and ensures each title receives proper visibility within the library.
Not Sure?
If you're unsure whether your activities should be combined into one submission or separated into multiple entries, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Why Author Attribution Matters
Many activity pages are downloaded by one person and printed by another.
For example:
A teacher may discover an activity online and print copies for an entire classroom.
A librarian may include activity pages in a take-home packet.
A homeschool parent may share a favorite worksheet with a co-op.
A Free Little Library steward may distribute printed activities at community events.
In many cases, the person using the activity may never visit the original webpage where the author's information is displayed.
For that reason, we strongly encourage authors to include a small attribution line on every activity page. This helps ensure that readers can connect the activity back to the book and author who created it.
We also encourage authors to include:
“For more free activities, visit freekidsbookhub.com/activity-library”
The Activity Library was created to be more than a collection of worksheets. It is a community of authors, educators, librarians, homeschool families, and readers working together to help great books reach more children.
When activity pages include a link back to the library, families can discover new books, explore additional activities, and connect with other authors who share the same mission: getting books into the hands of children.

Curated Resource
The Activity Library is a curated resource.
Submission of an activity page does not guarantee inclusion in the library. Activities are reviewed for quality, usability, appropriateness, and alignment with the mission of Kids Book Hub.
We reserve the right to decline submissions, request revisions, or remove activities at any time.
Permission
By submitting an activity page, you confirm that:
You created the activity or have the rights to distribute it.
You grant Kids Book Hub permission to display and distribute the activity through the Activity Library and related Kids Book Hub resources.
You retain ownership of your original work.
We are excited to showcase the creativity of children's authors and provide valuable resources for families around the world.
